A retail concession entirely dedicated to the rio capsule tote bags
In 2020, we helped Vanessa Bruno create two unique spaces, aimed to highlight the Cabas tote bags.
After Saint-Tropez and Copenhagen, the French brand pays tribute to the city of Rio by creating a colorful capsule collection, and opening two new retail concessions, both designed by Label Experience.
At the Galeries Lafayette Champs-Élysées, the famous dome has been transformed to transport each visitor into the festive and tropical world of Rio.This pop-up, made for Vanessa Bruno, was designed to celebrate Rio de Janeiro. A tropical city, home to the largest forest in the world. Therefore, we initially dressed this 65 m² space with various plant decorations: two green walls, numerous indoor trees and many colorful ferns. An exceptional scenography! Then, in order to recall the famous Selarón steps in the city, we imagined a huge staircase on which the tote bags could be placed. An XXL installation of over 2.5 me, both immersive and playful, which encourages you to discover the new collection. As far as the furniture is concerned, we used the same displays as in the previous retail concession, i.e. Saint-Tropez and Copenhagen. Raw wood furniture inspired by transport crates, to echo travelling. The idea here was to preserve the bohemian DNA of the brand, thanks to natural materials, while celebrating travel. A perfect blend of Vanessa Bruno’s authentic universe and her attraction to art and travel. Finally, this retail concession was designed to offer a unique experience. We created a customization workshop with an embroiderer to add colorful patches, charms or other details on all tote bags. An animation that was a lot of fun!
